TheGeneChip® Scanner 3000 7G Whole-Genome Association System is designed for usewith the Affymetrix SNP Assay 6.0. This system includes the GeneChip Scanner3000 7G Plus with AutoLoader, two Fluidics Station 450s, Hybridization Oven 645and a powerful computer workstation with quad-core Xeon processors loaded withAffymetrix GeneChip Command Console Software (AGCC). The system comes with a 2Dhandheld barcode reader for the instrument control workstation.
